Live music by Audy Kimura and Wendell Au is featured nightly in Hy’s library lounge from 6:30 – 10:00. Also in the library lounge, Hy’s offers Happy Hour food and drink specials from 5:00- 6:30.

The Library Lounge is the Executive Level dining room, which offers an area (the Executive Suite) for private dinners up to 25 guests. This private dining area features its own video and audio systems, independent lighting control and a retractable partition for privacy.

Traditions that have disappeared in other restaurants are maintained at Hy’s. Tuxedoed waiters expertly prepare Caesar Salad, carve Chateaubriand and flambè delicious desserts tableside. But the real specialties of this steak house are the USDA Prime grade cuts of beef which are dry-aged and trimmed on premise. The kiawe wood sears the steaks with an intense heat, while complementing the flavor of the fine beef perfectly.
